Much easier to use than my old wire pliers. The ratcheting action gives a lot more leverage, especially when cutting thicker wire. The rubber handles are comfortable too.

I keep these in my electrical tool bag now. Stripping, cutting, crimping and twisting in one tool is really convenient. The jaws open wide enough for the jobs I normally do.

“Does the ratchet actually make a difference?” For me, absolutely. I noticed it right away when cutting wire. Less hand strain and a much better grip. 👍

Solid little workhorse. The handle feels good in the hand and the cutting edge is sharp. I mainly use it for copper and aluminum wire, and so far it has performed well.

Good tool.

Bought this for general electrical and maintenance work. I like not having to switch between several pliers for basic tasks. The locking grip is probably my favorite feature.
